This is a Freshmen English Major Class designed mainly to improve your listening. Speaking, pronunciation, reading and other skills will also be improved.

Your class will meet every week. YourFinal Exam is in week 17 or 18.
You will be told later what week it is.

30 % Attendance 30 % Midterm Exam (Week 9) 40 % Final Exam
Printing out Class Materials (Important)
Each student is responsible for printing out your class materials from this website and bringing them to class. These materials will usually be available on Friday (~ lunch time) before your next class. Go to LISTENING CLASS on this website and choose "Course Materials" from the drop down list. Look for the week (2,3,4,5 etc) and print these out. You will need to bring this to class! Please don't forgot to bring these to class. Your first class begins on week 1 (I will give you materials for this week). In addition, if you were absent from a class, you can print out the materials that you missed from this website.
